Cap Style Definitions and Profile Descriptions

Stock Caps: Stock caps can be either Made in the USA or Imported. With our overseas factories the quality of the cap is not jeopardized. The major difference is that the Made in the USA stock blank cap will cost approximately $1.00 more per cap.

Custom Built Caps: Custom caps can also be either Made in the USA or Imported. With our overseas factories the quality of the cap again is not jeopardized. The major concerns that differentiate the two choices are cost and production time. If a client needs a minimum of 288pcs and can plan ahead 6-8 weeks we can save a client as much as $4.00 per cap depending on the details of the cap being built.

Custom Built Caps are cut from scratch per the clients specifications. Our manufacturing facility can even print the cap material by the bolt to match any color or design needed. Minimum quantities may vary depending on the material being selected. Due to the flexibility of creating the design prior to the assembly of the cap unit we can create some very awesome caps.
